The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Mielenko Gryfińskie is a small church of erratic boulders from the turn of the 15th and 16th centuries. It is a filial church of the parish of the Holy Trinity in Chwarstnica and stands in the village in Gryfino municipality.
The church is an oriented hall building on a rectangular plan, without a separate chancel, covered with a gable roof. In the east elevation two round-headed windows can be seen. Its gable, decorated with brick pinnacles, has two openings in the form of oculi and an oculus-shaped blind window. The gable of the west elevation, above the half-hipped roof, is made of wood. In this wall there is an entrance portal in a pointed-arch recess and three round-headed windows.
The interior is covered by a wooden beamed ceiling. The walls are plastered and whitewashed, and in the rear part of the church stands a wooden gallery on posts. After the Second World War, on 1 September 1946, the church was consecrated as a Catholic church.
