The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary stands in Ostrowice, a village in Drawsko Pomorskie municipality, 18 km north-east of Drawsko Pomorskie, on voivodeship road no. 173. It is a Baroque church, formerly Protestant, now a Roman Catholic parish church of the Drawsko Pomorskie deanery. It is entered in the heritage register under number 232 from 1960.
The church was founded in 1697 by the owners of the village, Ernst Klaus von Horn and Eleonora von Kleisten; the foundation inscription on the cornice has survived to this day. In the 1830s the building was reconstructed. It is of masonry, a single-nave hall, with a semicircular end, and on the west side it has a square wooden tower with clock faces from 1892 and a pyramidal spire. Bells from 1732 and 1924 hang in the tower.
Inside are a Baroque high altar from around 1700, a Baroque pulpit and stoup, a processional crucifix from the 18th century and a Neoclassical organ case from the early 19th century.
Nearby lies the village of Siecino (3.8 km), and in Stary Worów stands the Church of St Anthony of Padua (6.9 km).
