A granite filial church from the 13th century in Gryfino municipality, rebuilt in the 19th century, with a cemetery with two gates.
The Church of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Sobieradz dates from the 13th century and was built of granite ashlar laid in 21 courses. It is a filial church of the parish in Chwarstnica.
It is a hall building on a rectangular plan, without a separate chancel. In the 19th century it was rebuilt in the Neo-Gothic spirit: new windows were built and a tower of stone and brick was added on the west side. In the north wall there is a portal with two stepped reveals, and in the south wall a trace of a second, walled-up one can be seen. The east gable is decorated with five pointed blind arcades. The interior is covered by a wooden beam ceiling, and the historic furnishings have not survived. The church was reconsecrated in 1946. It adjoins a cemetery surrounded by a stone wall with two late medieval gates.
The parish is based in the church in Chwarstnica.
