Baroque half-timbered church of 1778 in Niekłończyca, entered in the heritage register, with a single-space interior and a wooden gallery.
The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Niekłończyca is a baroque half-timbered church from 1778, entered in the heritage register. It stands in Police municipality, right beside voivodeship road 114.
The church was built on a rectangular plan with chamfered corners, with a wooden ridge turret topped by a helmet ending in a ball with a cross. The founder was the King of Prussia, Frederick II the Great. The interior is a single space, with a wooden gallery resting on ten posts.
Inside are an altar with classicist features, a neo-Gothic font and 19th-century chandeliers. During the Second World War the building was partly devastated. In 1947 it was taken over by the Roman Catholic Church, and in the mid-1990s the church was thoroughly renovated. The parish in Niekłończyca was established in 2015. Beside the church, among horse chestnut trees, stands a sandstone sculpture of Christ.
