A Jewish cemetery from the 19th century in Rusko near Darłowo, with damage from 1938 and a few surviving gravestones.
The Jewish cemetery in Rusko lies in a village near Darłowo and is sometimes also described as the Jewish cemetery in Darłowo. It covers about 0.12 ha. Only a few gravestones from the mid-19th century have survived on it to this day.
The necropolis was founded in the 19th century. It was seriously damaged during Kristallnacht, so only individual matzevot survived from the former layout of the cemetery. Some of the gravestones were moved to the lapidarium in Darłowo. The heritage register gives the early 20th century as the time of its creation, and Wikipedia the 19th century, so the exact date of foundation is not settled here.
The cemetery is entered in the heritage register, first in 1987. The site lies in Darłowo municipality.
