A sandstone sculpture by Georg Morin from the late 1930s, standing in front of a hospital on Unii Lubelskiej Street.
The Good Samaritan Monument stands in front of the hospital management building on Unii Lubelskiej Street in Szczecin. It is a sandstone sculpture measuring 3.00 x 1.32 x 2.30 m.
The monument was unveiled at the end of the 1930s, the exact date is not known, in front of a hospital that had just been brought into use and was then a Luftwaffe military hospital. It was designed by the German sculptor Georg Morin, and his name appears on the plinth. The work has classicising forms, typical of the art of the Nazi period, and shows two nude, athletically built male figures. One of them supports a wounded companion who is riding a horse.
