Komorze Góry Trail

The Komorze Góry Trail, in some entries also “Black Trail Leśno Górne - Tanowo”, is a black walking trail in Police municipality about 5.6 km long. It leads through the southern part of Wkrzańska Forest, from Leśno Górne through Stare Leśno and Komorze Góry to the village of Tanowo.

What it passes

The route is short and forested, so it suits a half-day walk. At the beginning lies Leśno Górne, where the palace in Leśno Górne stands (a few kilometres from the middle of the route). At the end of the route, in Tanowo, the St Paul's Church in Tatynia stands nearby. Other forest trails run alongside, among them the yellow Police Trail.

Practical information

• Waymarks: a black stripe on a white field.
• The simplest start is Leśno Górne, with the end in Tanowo. Plan the journey there and back before setting out, because the route is not a loop.
• Admission is free; the trail runs through forest.
