Reservoir lake with a historic hydroelectric power station of 1912 and a ban on petrol and diesel engines in the season.
Hajka is a reservoir lake on the Radew River, in Koszalin County, in Manowo and Świeszyno municipalities, on the Białogard Plain. It has an area of about 92 hectares, a length of 4.5 kilometres and an average width of 0.5 kilometres, and the average depth is about 7 metres.
The waters of the lake are dammed to a height of 9.1 metres and feed a historic hydroelectric power station of 1912, equipped with three turbines with a total output of 1.27 MW. Hajka also serves as a compensating reservoir for the hydroelectric plant in Rosnowo, and Lake Rosnowo lies next door.
From 1 April to 30 September a round-the-clock ban on the use of vessels with combustion engines applies on the lake. The ban does not apply to vessels necessary for public safety or for maintaining the lake. In publications and on topographic maps the lake is also sometimes called Jezioro Niedalińskie.
