About Maritime Science Centre Nautica Park

Interactive exhibition in Dziwnów on sea rescue, fishing, the Cold War and amber.

The Maritime Science Centre Nautica Park in Dziwnów is an interactive exhibition divided into themed zones, at Parkowa 6a, on the way to the beach.

The zones described on the centre's website are: the “Na Ratunek” (To the Rescue) zone on safety at sea and the greatest maritime disaster in Poland's post-war history, an experiments zone with experiments on phenomena in the sea, “Rybacka potęga na Bałtyku” (Fishing Power on the Baltic) about Dziwnów as the largest fishing port of the western coast, “Tajemnice zimnej wojny” (Secrets of the Cold War), a maritime exhibition and “Bursztyn - bałtyckie złoto” (Amber - Baltic Gold). The centre also organises night tours.

Near the Church of St Joseph in Dziwnów (0.6 km) and the drawbridge (0.9 km) it is easy to plan a walk around the town.
