A nature reserve of inanimate nature with the only Quaternary rock forms in West Pomerania, in a ravine.
The Skalisty Jar Libberta nature reserve protects a ravine in the Płonia valley, on the north-western edge of the Barlinek-Gorzów Landscape Park, 0.5 km east of Równo. It was established on 27 June 1995 and covers 33.21 ha. The ravine used to be called the Ravine of the Three Rocks (Wąwóz Trzech Skałek).
The area lies on moraine hills up to 115 m above sea level, cut by numerous ravines. In one of them the only site in West Pomerania of Quaternary rock forms has survived. They formed in place from sandstones and conglomerates cemented with calcium carbonate. They are up to 2.5 m high and 4 m long, and the largest of them weigh about 7.5 tonnes. Beside them lie numerous erratic boulders.
The ravine is over 700 m long and is covered with a beech and oak stand with a rich undergrowth, in which grow, among others, common hepatica, lily of the valley and fumewort. Birds nesting here include the black woodpecker and the red-breasted flycatcher. The name comes from Libbert, a German botanist from Lipiany, who carried out scientific research in 1933 and described the ravine. 9.8 ha of the reserve is under strict protection.
