Gothic brick church from the second half of the 14th century in Chlebowo, destroyed during the Second World War, rebuilt from 1998 and consecrated in 1999.
St Hubert's Church in Chlebowo, in Gryfino municipality, was built in the second half of the 14th century. After the Second World War it stood as a ruin, and its reconstruction began in 1998. It was consecrated on 2 May 1999. It is now a branch church of the parish of Our Lady Queen of Poland in Radziszewo.
The church is built of brick, with a single hall and an east-facing orientation, on the plan of an elongated rectangle. The nave is supported by buttresses. The east gable is decorated with blind windows arranged in a pyramid and crowned with pinnacles. In the north elevation there is a pointed-arch, profiled portal set in an arcade topped with a window, and in the south wall two similar portals. In the 15th century a square stone tower, narrower than the nave, was added on the west.
Inside, on the south wall, three stone gravestones from the 18th century have survived. The church is listed in the heritage register.
