Sightseeing flights in a six-seat seaplane taking off from Lake Jamno in Mielno.
WodnoSamolotem.pl organises sightseeing flights over the Polish coast from Lake Jamno in Mielno. A Cessna 206 on floats carries six passengers, takes off and lands on water, and everyone has a window seat. The flights are run by R-AVIA, a certified air carrier.
The route over the Baltic leads from Lake Jamno along the Jamno Channel (Jamieński Nurt), over Łazy and the site of a former military unit, and then along the coastline, over the beaches in Unieście and Mielno, towards Chłopy and Sarbinowo. There are also variants around Koszalin and to Gąski, over the lighthouse. Before the flight you must check in after buying a ticket, and passengers take a short safety briefing. In the area is the fishing harbour in Unieście (about 1.5 km), and the flight begins over Lake Jamno.
