History of the manor house

The manor house was built by the Dewitz family. In 1832 the Dewitzes sold Dargomyśl to Georg Bernhard von Bülow, who probably rebuilt the manor house. The estate later belonged to the von Lettow-Vorbeck family, and before the Second World War it passed into the ownership of the von Alten family. After the war a state farm was established here. Since 2001 the building has belonged to Radowo Małe municipality, and in 2023-2024 it had its roof, foundations, windows and façade renovated.

Architecture and park

The building consists of three parts: a central part from the 18th century and a northern projection and southern part from the early 20th century. It has late Neoclassical features, a projecting roof and openwork wooden decoration in the Swiss style. In its architecture it is similar to the manor house in nearby Miłogoszcz. The manor house is surrounded by a large park in which grow monumental oaks with a girth of more than 5 metres. The building is entered in the municipal register of monuments.
