An Art Nouveau palace from 1892 in Stołeczna, with a round tower with a copper dome and a 19th-century landscape park.
The palace in Stołeczna, a village in Trzcińsko-Zdrój municipality in Gryfino County, is an Art Nouveau residence from 1892 in a landscape park. The palace complex is listed in the heritage register.
The original palace stood here in the 15th century, and the present, representative building was erected in 1892 by Konrad von Sydow. It has a terrace and two towers: a lower, round one crowned with a copper dome, and a taller one, on a rectangular plan, under a pavilion roof. Around it spreads a park from the first half of the 19th century, through which a stream flows. Beeches, oaks, ash trees, limes and spruces grow in it, as well as specimens of ivy.
In the village itself stands the 15th-century Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with a Baroque tower from the 18th century. It is about 5.5 km from here to Trzcińsko-Zdrój, where the town hall is.
