Former 19th-century cemetery, a town park since the 1970s, with a boulder commemorating former residents.
The Evangelical Cemetery in Barlinek was established in the 19th century next to the so-called Old Cemetery and the Jewish cemetery. It was in use until 1945, after which it gradually fell into devastation. At the turn of the 1960s and 1970s the site, together with the Old Cemetery, was levelled and turned into a town park with a playground and recreation areas.
The former burials are commemorated by a boulder with a plaque, unveiled on 10 June 1992 in honour of the former residents of Barlinek buried in this cemetery. Apart from the boulder and the old layout of the site, the necropolis has not survived.
