About Military Technology Museum

A museum in a bunker in the Oder floodplain, created by volunteers and open on announced dates.

The Military Technology Museum is run by the "Semper Parati" Shooting and Historical Education Foundation. The exhibitions are created in rooms of a bunker in Międzyodrze-Wyspa Pucka in Szczecin and are being expanded gradually.

How the museum works

The foundation's website says that the museum is created solely through the voluntary work of committed people, and the adaptation of the bunker is continuing. The first exhibitions convey the atmosphere of the planned display, but until the exhibition space is enlarged there are no fixed visiting hours. The foundation collects memorabilia connected with the army, civil defence, the militia, the December 1970 protests, the Solidarity underground and the PRL in the broad sense.

Practical information

  • The museum opens on selected days, the dates of which the foundation announces on the stary-bunkier.pl website and on its profile; according to the website, admission is free. Check the nearest date before your visit, as they may change.
  • The website also has a link to a virtual tour of the museum.
  • Nearby: the Old Town Hall (about 800 m) and the Ducal Castle (about 900 m).
