A two-storey, Neo-Renaissance palace in Krąpiel with a cylindrical tower and an onion-shaped helm, in an extensive park.
The palace in Krąpiel is a two-storey, Neo-Renaissance building with a cylindrical tower covered by an onion-shaped helm, surrounded by an extensive park. It stands in a settlement in Stargard municipality and is listed in the heritage register.
The heritage register dates the palace to 1859, and Wikipedia speaks of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is of brick, in the Neo-Renaissance style. Next to it, farm buildings from the end of the 19th century have survived. In the park grow many natural monuments, and nearby lie three lakes. Krąpiel is the oldest fief of the Wedel family, and the settlement has the layout of an oval-plan village.
In the settlement there is also the Church of St Maximilian Maria Kolbe from the second half of the 13th century, of granite ashlar, and in front of it an erratic boulder, a natural monument. About 4.7 km away lies the Pęzino Castle.
