Mieszewo Palace is a late Baroque building from the end of the 18th century, of brick, with two storeys under a high hipped roof. It is distinguished by a false projecting bay with a stepped gable. The palace was entered in the heritage register (number A-146 of 2003) together with a palace park with valuable tree stands. The courtyard is surrounded by 19th-century farm buildings.
Mieszewo (German: Meesow) was a former fief of the noble Dewitz family. The first mention of the locality dates from 1284, when it belonged to the Cistercians of Dünamünde monastery. The owners included General Joachim Balthasar von Dewitz (d. 1699) and the vice-president of the Pomeranian government Carl Joseph von Dewitz (d. 1753). Around 1860 the estate covered 3,247 acres of land.
