About Palace in Wrzosy

An eclectic palace with a four-storey tower, partly half-timbered, in a landscape park.

The palace in Wrzosy, in Tuczno municipality, is an eclectic building on a quadrangular plan with annexes and a four-storey tower. The form of the tower recalls suburban villas, and some of the walls are half-timbered with masonry infill.

The building and park

The entry on the palace dates the building to the early 20th century, and the heritage register to 1861 and describes it as a brick manor house. The last owner of the farm estate with the palace was Rudolf Sobtemberg. At the end of the 20th century the building was used as a multi-family residential house. It is surrounded by a landscape park with farm buildings.
