A Neoclassical town hall from 1771-1772 on Myślibórz's market square, today the seat of the mayor and the town office.
The town hall stands on the Market Square in Myślibórz and is a Neoclassical brick building, erected in 1771-1772. It still serves an administrative function, so it is not a museum building, but its facade can be seen in full from the market square.
The building has two storeys and a rectangular plan. The entrance leads through a central projection whose lower part is rusticated and whose top is crowned with a triangular tympanum. A clock in a Rococo cartouche once hung in the tympanum. Above the windows can be seen Baroque panoplies and rocaille ornament, and in the west elevation the town's coat of arms. The building is entered in the heritage register.
The mayor has his office in the building, and it houses the Myślibórz Town and Municipality Office, the Town Council and the Youth Town Council. The interiors are therefore entered on official business, and visiting amounts to viewing the building from outside.
In front of the building stand a modernist fountain and two commemorative boulders: one in honour of John Paul II from 2000, the other dedicated to the pioneers of the Myślibórz Land on the 50th anniversary of the town's return to Poland. Right next to it, by the Market Square, is the Collegiate Church of St John the Baptist, and a little further the Myślibórz Lakeland Museum.
