Tenement house of 1892-1893 with putti above the gate and a corner oriel with a helmet, on Grunwaldzki Square.
The Wilhelm Gramtz Tenement House at Śląska 38 in Szczecin is a historic residential and commercial building from 1892-1893. Together with its twin tenement house at Rayskiego 29, it forms the south-western frontage of Grunwaldzki Square.
The building has five storeys. The elevation on the Śląska Street side is longer, with nine bays, and the one facing Grunwaldzki Square is shorter, with four bays. The ground floor is decorated with rustication.
The facade on the Grunwaldzki Square side has more modest decoration. The two middle bays have the richest appearance, with a balcony, Corinthian pilasters and mascaron heads on the first floor. The elevation is crowned by a gable with a triangular pediment and an oval attic window. The roof is covered with red ceramic tiles.
