Parkowa 22, Nowe Bielice
About Palace in Nowe Bielice

A Neoclassical palace from the end of the 18th century, rebuilt in 1863-1870, with a portico and a park; today the seat of a social welfare home.

The palace in Nowe Bielice is a brick Neoclassical building from the end of the 18th century, entered in the heritage register in 1964. In 1863-1870 it was rebuilt by the owner of the estates, Friedrich Ladewig. From the front it has a four-column portico.

The park and the history of the estate

A park from the 18th and 19th centuries of about 3 ha adjoins the palace. It was laid out as a palace park, today it has a landscape character, and native species grow in it: spruces, beeches, ash trees and larches. From the 13th century the estates belonged to the Bevenhusen family, and from the second half of the 15th century to the 19th century to the von Schmeling family. Since 1958 the palace has housed a Social Welfare Home, so the building is viewed from the outside.
