Neoclassical brick town hall of 1830-1841 on the market square in Resko, with a small clock tower and chimes; it houses the municipal office.
The town hall in Resko stands at Rynek 1 and still serves as an office: it houses the Municipal Office. The neoclassical brick building was erected in 1830-1841 and entered in the heritage register under number A-1060 in 2012.
The town hall has a modest outline and a small turret with a clock and chimes. It was extended in the 20th century. It is one of the few historic buildings in Resko that survived despite heavy wartime destruction. In photographs from the market square it is seen with the sanctuary in the background.
Right next door, about 100 metres away, stands the Sanctuary of Our Lady Immaculate, a former Gothic church of the 14th-15th century. Less than 200 metres further is Borck Castle, so the town hall is easy to include in a short walk around the town centre.
