Things to do in Drzetowo-Grabowo: the Fabryka Wody aquapark, Teatr Polski with a new building facing the Oder and a neo-Gothic church from 1890.
Drzetowo-Grabowo is a district on the Oder where three places suit a rainy day or an evening out. It has an all-day aquapark, a theatre and a historic church.
In bad weather choose the aquapark or the theatre, since both have programmes under a roof. The first is an all-day option for families, the second an evening for two.
Aquapark „Fabryka Wody” (Water Factory Aquapark) at ulica 1 Maja 47 consists of several zones: water (Wodny Świat), outdoor, saunas and spa, sport and an edutainment centre. According to the venue's website it can fill a whole day. Teatr Polski (Polish Theatre) at Swarożyca 5 is a drama theatre founded in 1946, housed in a historic building from around 1920. In 2023 a new building was added on the Oder side.
In Drzetowo-Grabowo see the neo-Gothic brick church on Plac Matki Teresy z Kalkuty. It was built as the Protestant Church of Peace and rebuilt after the bombings.
Kościół św. Stanisława Kostki w Szczecinie (St Stanislaus Kostka's Church) stands at number 6 and was raised in 1888-1890 as the Friedenskirche. It was rebuilt after the destruction of the bombing raids.
According to the venue's website it can, thanks to its water, outdoor, sauna and spa, sport and edutainment zones. It also works well in bad weather.
The theatre was founded in 1946. The new building facing the Oder was added in 2023.
